Flammable Cabinets

Designed to safely store solvent reservoirs. While not necessary it is often required in order to meet local fire regulations. Better safe than sorry. All cabinets are equipped with welded stainless steel bulkhead fittings or approved EN-14470-1 pipe through fittings for solvent transfer, in order to maintain flammable rating.

NFPA - Designed in accordance with specifications set forth by the National Fire Protection Association.

Custom
Many solvent manufacturers offer a pre filled and degassed solvent reservoir that can be seamlessly integrated to your Pure Solv-MD dispensing station. This system is a convenient yet more expensive solution for customers who do not want to transfer solvents on site. These reservoirs are often larger in footprint than the Pure Solv-MD reservoirs and can a custom flammable storage cabinet and larger system foot print. Custom Dispensing Joints

All Pure Solv models can be fitted with your choice of glass adaptor, 24/40, 14/20,29/32,Ball Joint, Luer Lock Needle Valve and more. We can also supply any of these adaptor joints with Swagelok Quick Disconnect valves allowing you to easily switch out one size adaptors for another. Solvent Storage Flasks

Solvent Trap

Pre plumbed into system, designed to protect vacuum pumps from contaminants. We can also offer oil mist eliminators as well.

Keyed Quick Disconnects

They replace the color coded quick disconnects, and will prevent user from ever connecting solvent line to wrong purifying columns.

Replacement Solvent Columns

These columns will be activated, pressure tested, and are easily installed. By purchasing new columns from IT, you are assured that they have been correctly treated, and you will have absolutely no down time caused by lengthy regeneration procedures. Providing new columns is key in preventing the need to ship used contaminated columns back and forth, which is classified as hazardous and requires special licenses.

Heating Blanket

Designed to be wrapped around an individual purification column. It is used in conjunction with a temperature controller and thermocouple system to regenerate the purifying columns.
