Flammable Cabinets

Designed to safely store solvent reservoirs. While not necessary it is often required in order to meet local fire regulations. Better safe than sorry. All cabinets are equipped with welded stainless steel bulkhead fittings for solvent transfer, in order to maintain flammable rating.

Solvent Trap

Keyed Quick Disconnects

They replace the color coded quick disconnects, and will prevent user from ever connecting solvent line to wrong purifying columns.

Replacement Solvent Columns

When you have processed 200 liters through your SPS-200 system or 400 liters through your SPS-400 System notify your representative at IT, and we will ship you brand new columns. These columns will be activated, pressure tested, and are easily installed. By purchasing new columns from IT, you are assured that they have been correctly treated, and you will have absolutely no down time caused by lengthy regeneration procedures. Providing new columns is key in preventing the need to ship used contaminated columns back and forth, which is classified as hazardous and requires special licenses.

Heating Blanket

Designed to be wrapped around an individual purification column. It is used in conjunction with a temperature controller and thermocouple system to regenerate the purifying columns.

Temperature Controller

Variac controller designed to specifically control temperatures as specified for the regeneration process
